Bow Bread Knives cut crusty and soft breads with equal ease.  Fitted with a 9 inch long commercial bakery blade that never needs sharpening, it may be the best bread knife you'll ever use.  Beautifully designed for bagles as well it also will slice a tomato paper thin.  Each is a one of a kind and can be custom ordered in any species or combination of species of your choice.  Available in Left handed and right handed they average about 15-16 inches in total length.  Ambidexterious versions have a handle on each end and measure about 22 inches.  For custom order pricing, single species domestic woods are $50 and exotics and multiple species woods are $65 and up depending on the species and design.
